CARMEL KNOLLS

The Carmel Knolls Property Owners Association (CKPOA) board comprises neighborhood representatives who are responsible for collecting dues to pay for maintaining the entry and other common landscaping elements, interfacing with the county and local authorities, disseminating information and fostering community.

 

The 2018 CKPOA board includes new leadership and an expanded focus. The board seeks to engage the community and tackle some significant issues, such as fire safety, road signage, neighborhood watch and emergency procedures. Several committees have formed to address ongoing concerns.
